1. Introduction Welcome to Darcey Flowers’ Subscription Service. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer multiple subscription plans with different delivery frequencies (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
Subscription prices are displayed on our website and may be subject to change with prior notice.
3. Payment & Billing
Payments are processed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
We accept major credit cards and other available payment methods listed at checkout.
Failed payments will result in a temporary hold on your subscription until payment is successfully processed.
4. Delivery Policy
Deliveries will be made on the selected frequency and to the provided address.
Any changes to the delivery address must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or inaccessible locations.
If no one is available to receive the flowers, we will attempt to leave them in a secure location or reschedule the delivery (additional fees may apply).
5. Subscription Modifications & Cancellations
You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or by contacting customer support.
Subscription changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to take effect.
Cancellations made after a billing cycle has started will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. However, if you receive damaged or poor-quality flowers, please notify us within 24 hours for a replacement.
We may request photo evidence to process a replacement.
7. Seasonal & Substitution Policy
Flower varieties are subject to availability and seasonality. We reserve the right to make substitutions with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic of the arrangement.
8. Special Requests & Customization
While we strive to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee specific flowers or arrangements.
Customizations may be subject to additional fees.
9. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional codes and discounts may be applied to new subscriptions but cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.
Discounts do not apply to previous purchases or retroactively.
10. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is handled securely and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to process your subscription and delivery.
11. Limitation of Liability
Darcey Flowers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our subscription service.
Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the subscription service in the last three months.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the subscription service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
